Well, it used to be. Many will remember this LasikPlus Vision Center building with the two-story-tall eye on the windows. I liked the eye. As a resident in the area I was on a mailing list and the company solicited feedback on whether to replace the eye when it began to deteriorate. I said yes, but I must have been in the minority.
